This is the second time i’m trying to order this and, for the second time both cups arrived broken. the packaging was horrible and the box in which they come has foam on all sides, except the one that matters, where the lip of the cup is. as a result, i received in total four broken cups. i asked for a return/refund for both and i got refunded only for one. i appealed it and i said: do you want me to open the box that is rattling like broken glass and risk again to cut myself in the pieces just to send your second picture? and my appeal was denied. these people are terrible.
